I did online research before buying this heating pad. Life care had excellent reviews and many sellers were selling it. But family care was offering the same product at low rates with speedy delivery. Item came within 2 days. Seller has excellent customer service and is available on WhatsApp. I have used it today, it works fine. Heating pad is pretty big and would be great for people with back issues or even knee pain.
